'Like Glitter' is from Rachael's 2024 'Duet' collection. As an artist and clinical psychologist, Rachael is fascinated by the connection between creativity, immersion in nature and wellbeing. This enduring interest has drawn her repeatedly to thetheme of gardens. In the past, Rachael kept her artistic and clinical work separate, often compartmentalising these two aspects of her identity. However, this collection embraces the interplay between them, where the moodiness, flow and intensity of her brushwork are deeply influenced by the demands of her clinical practice. The empathy and professionalism required in her clinical work are balanced by the emotional release she finds in painting, making each art piece a reflection of this dynamic relationship.
 
The original of 'Like Glitter' was made with a textural moulding paste, which give the flowers a feeling of looking three dimensional. This is captured in the print, giving the piece an immersive quality.  
 
Small (size of paper: A3 - 42 x 29.7 cm) - A limited edition of 10, $209.00.
Medium (size of paper: A2 - 59.4 cm x 42 cm) - A limited edition of 10, $369.00 
 
- Printed onto luxurious 310 gsm textured cotton rag paper, using archival giclée inks.
- All prints are made to order and hand signed by Rachael. Please allow time for this process (approximately 14 days to make the prints, plus additional shipping time). 
- The prints include a white border around the artwork for framing purposes. 
- Prints are unframed and shipped in a flat board package or tube (depending on size). It is strongly recommended that the print remains in the packaging until it is ready to be framed. If you have any questions about framing, please get in touch with Rachael for advice and recommendations.
- Please measure the space carefully as Rachael is unable to exchange/swap items.
